LBJ vs KD

The NBA season is in its stretch run.  Teams are jockying for position to determine seeding in the playoffs for each respective conference.  Soon awards will be handed out, and the most prestigious of them all is the league MVP.  Right now, its a two man race between Miami's LeBron James and Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant.  Who gets it? Who deserves it? Who wants it?

The Case For LeBron
He's LeBron!  The man can do it all.  He's fast, strong, quick and has a jump shot that seems to get better every year.  With an ailing D-Wade by his side, LeBron continues to keep the Miami Heat the front runner in the championship hunt.  Although they will have to battle it out with the Indiana Pacers for Eastern Conference supremacy, they are still the champs.  In the immortal words of Ric Flair, "To be the man, you gotta beat the man."  And no one has beaten the Miami Heat the past two years to claim the NBA crown.  LeBron is the main reason, excuse me, THE reason why.

The Case for KD
This dude has been lights out all year!  He makes no excuses and goes to work every night.  He leads the league in scoring, again!  His assists and rebounds are up and everyone knows how he has carried OKC during the absence of Russell Westbrook.  Kevin Durant is a machine.  He makes putting up 40 look like playing nerf basketball on a regulation rim.  His game has gone to another level.  Forget the slender frame, the man has point skills in a 6'11" frame.  Imagine Magic, Bird, and Jordan rolled into one, that's KD.  He puts on a clinic every night and is ready to take his team back to the finals.

So, who's it gonna be?  Gotta wait to find out, but I wouldn't be surprised to see co-MVPs this year!  This is what you call a real-life coin flip.
